The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust acts as the sole agent for all special events promoted on our website prl4hope.org. When you purchase a ticket for a special event that is listed on our website, The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the special event. Further, The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for all monetary gifts donated to Beth Crutcher Giacone via the prl4hope.org website.

If you do not receive a confirmation page or email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust will not be responsible for monetary losses or otherwise if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
:REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
All tickets sales and donations are final. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the special event details.
The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust will not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Tickets may be refunded only if the ticketed event is cancelled or if you failed to receive that ticket via our standard delivery options. Further, before making a donation, please carefully review the monetary gift amount. The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust will not issue a refund after a donation has been made.
:PRICING and ERRORS:
The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust will have the right to cancel the order for that ticket and refund to you the amount that you paid. If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site.
:DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Standard Mail
When you purchase tickets for special events and you choose Standard Mail as your delivery method, then the United States Postal Service will be used. Tickets sent via USPS can be sent only to the verified credit card billing address within the U.S. Please allow at least 7 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. In some cases, if the event is in the distant future, it may take longer. If you don't receive your tickets within 5 business days of the event, then please call The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust 504-669-8292 for information on how to proceed.
Will Call
When you purchase tickets for special events within 5 business days of the event you should choose Will Call as your delivery method. On the day of the event you may pickup your tickets at the event location. The ticketing attendant will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from The Project Red Light Special Needs Trust or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.
